WELCOME! PLEASE SHARE YOUR IDEAS!

Hello Ladies of Medart Assembly!  Thank you for taking the time to participate in our blog.  This blog was created to allow you to share your ideas about Women's Ministry.  We had an incredible meeting last night and there were so many good ideas shared, but we hope that this was just the beginning!  Please use this forum to share your ideas, to comment on ideas that others share or to simply follow what is going on in Women's Ministry at Medart Assembly.  A blog is only good if people get involved.  SO, get involved!  Share your ideas!  I am personally looking forward to hearing what you have to say!

    I missed the meeting last night, anyone got time to fill me in on the highlights? Missy this is a great idea, it will help keep us all connected into the ministry and hopefully remind slackers like myself of the dates so I dont forget and miss a great meeting.

    Rachel, we decided to change our governmental structure to a Women's Minstry Council. This council will be made up of several women who head up various ministry facets. Hopefully this will spread the workload around more evenly and help ladies to venture into leadership positions. We also decided to change up our meeting structure...going to 4-6 meetings a year instead of the monthly meeting. This is being done to revive the passion in WM and again to hopefully encourage better attendance.
